If you received a product brochure in the
mail or downloaded and printed one from our web site, you will find an order
form and software license agreement in the back of the brochure.
If you don't have an order form, call us toll free at (888) 222-DATA and select the option
for sales to order The Labor Contractor's Office.
Please complete the order form and
initial the software license agreement. If paying by check, mail
copies of the completed order form and license agreement along with payment

If paying by credit card, you can return
