The Monthly Crop Report prints cost accounting information in a format similar to a spreadsheet.  Each month is a separate column and each expense is listed on the left side of the report.  The total for each expense/month is printed in this grid.  It can be printed for an individual cost center or for a group of cost centers listed in a consolidated crop report definition.  You may find this report to be useful for analyzing cash flow and for budgeting purposes.

The following is another sample of the Monthly Crop Report.  In this case job codes (headings in bold) were used to group expenses in different general ledger accounts.
