The Consolidated Crop Report allows you to combine two or
more cost center together on one Crop Report. You can choose which
cost centers appear on the report by setting up a report definition.
You can set up as many definitions as needed. When you want to run
this report, simply select which report definition you want to use.
One example of how to use this report is when you have
multiple fields growing the same commodity. When each field is a
separate cost center, you'll get a separate Crop Report for each
field. But if you want to see a report which combines the fields to
give you totals for that commodity, you can use the Consolidated Crop
Report.
The following two page are an example of this. This
report is printed for two cost centers growing corn in summary format.
For each general ledger account, the total income or expenses is
displayed. (This report can also has the option of printing in a
detail format, just like the regular Crop Report.)
